摘要
针对部分矿井掘进巷道所用局部通风机风口位置固定,不能及时高效地依据实际通风工况调节通风角度的问题,设计了一种矿用通风机通风调节装置。介绍了该装置的结构及具体工作原理,分析了其甲烷浓度的检测,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明,该通风机调节装置可依据实际通风工况及时高效地调节局部通风机的通风角度,并能准确检测通风口甲烷浓度,很好地解决了通风口堵塞的问题,更好地保障了矿井安全生产。
Aiming at the shortage of fixed position of local ventilation fan in some mine tunnel, which cannot adjust the ventilation angle timely and efficiently according to the actual ventilation conditions, a mining ventilator ventilation regulating device is designed based on the main ventilation mode of local ventilation fans in mines, introducing the structure and specific working principle of the device, analyzing the detection of methane concentration, and conducting industrial tests, achieving good This ventilator regulating device can adjust the ventilation angle of the local ventilator timely and efficiently according to the actual ventilation conditions, and can accurately detect the methane concentration in the vent, which can solve the problem of vent blockage well and ensure the safe production of the mine.
