摘要
目的 研究丁苯酞联合参麦注射液对急性脑梗死神经及血管内皮功能的影响。方法 选取确诊为急性脑梗死患者110例。按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组55例。对照组给予参麦注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丁苯酞治疗。观察两组患者疗效、神经功能、血管内皮功能及不良反应情况。结果 观察组总有效率96.36%高于对照组总有效率85.45%(P<0.05);治疗后两组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、一氧化氮(NO)水平有所上升,总胆固醇(TC)、血浆内皮素(ET)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均有所降低,且观察组上述指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、改良Rankin评分(mRS)评分低于对照组,巴塞尔指数(Barthel指数)评分高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 丁苯酞联合参麦注射液应用于急性脑梗死的治疗可有效改善患者神经功能及血管内皮功能,促进患者康复,提高治疗效果,具有安全性。
Objective To study the effect of butylphthalide combined with Shenmai injection on nerve and vascular endothelial function in acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 110 patients diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shenmai injection,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,neurological function,vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%(53/55),which was higher than that of the control group[85.45%(47/55)](P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HDL and NO increased,and the levels of TC,ET,LDL and VEGF decreased in the two groups,and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS and mRSscores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and Barthel index scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological function and vascular endothelial function of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve the treatment effect,with safety.
