摘要
为促进质量管理体系的持续改进与提高,文章提出了基于质量管理成熟度模型的单位质量管理评价系统的基本设计思路,设计了质量管理评价系统的业务模型、系统模型以及功能框架,并简要提出了质量管理评价系统在质量管理及评价工作中的应用流程。
In order to promote the continuous improvement and improvement of the quality management system, the basic design idea of the unit quality management evaluation system based on the quality management maturity model is proposed, and the business model, system model and functional framework of the quality management evaluation system are designed. The application process of quality management evaluation system in quality management and evaluation is proposed.
