网湖表层沉积物磷的赋存形态及污染评价 被引量:2

Occurrence Form and Pollution Assessment of Phosphorus in Surface Sediment of Wanghu Lake

摘要 为揭示网湖表层沉积物磷的污染状况,应用SMT分级法和钼锑抗分光光度法对其样品中磷的赋存形态进行了分析测定,并运用标准指数法对总磷污染状况进行了评价。结果表明,网湖表层沉积物中的总磷含量为1628.59±422.36 mg/kg,远高于长江中游其他湖泊;各形态磷平均含量的大小顺序为:无机磷(1017.96 mg/kg)>有机磷(619.25 mg/kg)>Ca结合态磷(600.84 mg/kg)>Fe/Al结合态磷(417.21 mg/kg)。此外,不同形态磷含量的分布呈现出一定的空间差异性,网湖东北部的总磷、无机磷、Ca结合态磷和Fe/Al结合态磷含量明显高于其他区域,而有机磷含量高值出现在东北部和南部中区域。无机磷含量主要受到活性磷(Fe/Al结合态磷)和惰性磷(Ca结合态磷)的影响。网湖表层沉积物中的总磷含量整体呈现中度污染,存在加剧水体富营养化的风险。 SMT method and the molybdenum-antimony anti-spectrophotometry method were used to analyze phosphorus formsin surface sediment of Wanghu Lake,China,and the total phosphorus(TP)pollution was evaluated by the standard index method.The results showed that TP content in the sediments of Wanghu Lake was 1628.59±422.36 mg/kg,which was much higher than those of other lakes in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.The order of average contents of phosphorusforms were:inorganic phosphorus(IP,1017.96 mg/kg)>organic phosphorus(OP,619.25 mg/kg)>calcium-bound phosphorus(Ca-P,600.84 mg/kg)>Fe/Al-bound phosphorus(Fe/Al-P,417.21 mg/kg).Phosphorus forms contents showed spatial variability in Wanghu Lake.The contents of TP,IP,Ca-P,and Fe/Al-P in sediment in east were higher than the other areas,while the OP contents in east and middle south area were much higher than other areas of Wanghu Lake.The pollution assessment results showed that the TP content in the sediments of Wanghu Lake was moderately polluted,which may further aggravated the eutrophication of the water body.
