摘要
公安警务人才培养工作是公安队伍革命化、正规化、专业化、职业化建设的基础工程。公安本科教育在警务人才培养体系中占据着基础地位和战略地位。公安高校应围绕“培养什么样的警察、怎样培养警察、为谁培养警察”这一根本问题,系统谋划,整体推进,多维施策,努力构建高水平的警务人才培养体系。其内容主要有:建设高质量的思想政治工作体系,落实立德树人根本任务;建设高质量的公安学科专业体系,提升学校核心竞争力;建设高质量的教学工作体系,提升学校整体办学水平;建设高质量的实践育警工作体系,提升人才警务综合能力;建设高质量的管理体系,推进学校治理现代化。
Police personnel training is the basic project of public security work.Public security undergraduate education has a basic and strategic position in the police personnel training system.Public colleges and universities should make systematic plans around the fundamental problem of"what kind of police to train,how to train police and for whom to train police",and strive to build a high-level police personnel training system.Its contents mainly include:first,build a high quality ideological and political work system,implement the basic task of moral cultivation;Second,build a high quality public security professional system to enhance the core competitiveness of the school;Third,build a high quality teaching system to improve the overall level of the school;Build a high quality practical police training system to enhance the comprehensive ability of police personnel;Fourth,build a high-quality management system and promote the modernization of school governance.
