一例类NADC30猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒感染的诊断及防控 被引量：1

摘要 2021年12月初,河北望都县某猪场出现疑似猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)疫情,主要表现为繁殖母猪流产、仔猪高热和呼吸困难等。为确定发病原因,对病死仔猪进行剖检,发现仔猪全身淋巴结肿大、肺脏肿大充血等,采集病猪肺脏、淋巴结和扁桃体等组织样品进行实验室诊断。结果发现,送检的2份样品均为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)阳性,但其它病原核酸均为阴性。以RT-PCR法对该毒株ORF5基因部分序列进行扩增与分析,发现该毒株与类NADC30毒株对应序列同源性较其它基因型PRRSV毒株同源性更高。以上结果提示,该场暴发PRRS是类NADC30毒株感染所致,可采取疫苗接种和提高生物安全防控水平等方式对该病进行科学防控。
