摘要
随着我国数字化建造技术的发展,木作工具实现了数字化升级,数字化木作工具推动了木构建筑设计的个性化、多样化。然而当下木构建筑的连接节点多以钢节点为主,纯木榫卯节点在实际工程中应用较少。文章依托团队在数字建造领域对家具尺度圆榫圆卯节点的实践研究,通过3组同材料不同尺寸的圆榫圆卯节点的力学加载试验,得出该数字化木作工具平台下圆榫圆卯节点合适的接合尺寸。一方面为同类型加工平台不同节点材料的接合尺寸研究提供了借鉴,另一方面为该节点在建筑尺度的应用奠定了基础。
With the development of digital construction technology in China,woodwork tools have realized digital upgrade,and digital woodwork tools have promoted the individuation and diversification of wooden building design.However,steel joints are the main connecting nodes of current timber construction,while pure wooden tenon joints are seldom used in practical engineering.In this paper,based on the practical research of the team in the field of digital construction on the furniture scale mortise and mortise joint,the appropriate joint size of the mortise and mortise joint under the platform of the digital wooden tool is obtained through the mechanical loading test of three groups of mortise and mortise joint with different sizes of the same material.On the one hand,this study provides a reference for the joint size research of different joint materials of the same type of machining platform,and on the other hand,it lays a foundation for the application of the joint in architectural scale.
