含弹簧状导线PDMS的制备及性能分析

摘要 聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)具有透明、生物兼容性、弹性好等特点,广泛应用于柔性电子领域。针对柔性电子器件的导线布置问题,设计了一种新型含弹簧状导线PDMS柔性结构。通过实验与有限元仿真相结合的方法,在弹簧外径D等弹簧参数不变的情况下,分别从PDMS前聚物与固化剂配比、柔性结构厚度、弹簧间距三个方面研究使柔性结构拉伸性能最优的工艺参数。研究结果表明:PDMS前聚物与固化剂质量比15∶1,结构厚度2.14D,弹簧间距1.57D为最佳工艺参数。柔性结构拉伸应变可达95%,且在循环拉伸20次后,相同拉伸变形下的拉力趋于稳定。柔性结构中弹簧状导线在拉伸过程中发生大变形的情况下仍具有极好的导电稳定性。 Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)is widely used in the field of flexible electronics due to its transparency,biocompatibility,good elasticity and so on.Aiming at the wire layout of flexible electronic devices,a new flexible structure of PDMS with spring wire is designed.Through the combination of experiment and finite element simulation,under the condition of constant spring parameters such as spring outer diameter D,the optimum process parameters of tensile properties of flexible structure were studied from three aspects:the ratio of PDMS prepolymer to curing agent,the thickness of flexible structure and the spring spacing.The results show that the optimum process parameters are as follows:the mass ratio of PDMS prepolymer to curing agent is 15∶1,the structure thickness is 2.14D,and the spring spacing is 1.57D.The tensile strain of flexible structure can reach 95%,and the tensile force tends to be stable under the same tensile deformation after 20 cycles.In the flexible structure,the spring-shaped wire still has excellent conductivity stability even though it has large deformation during stretching.
