摘要
中国新型政党制度话语体系的出场蕴含独特的生成基础,主要包括坚守和发展马克思主义科学理论,吸纳和传承中华优秀传统文化的精髓,承接和赓续中国共产党政党协商思想,这为新型政党制度话语体系的形成奠定了理论根源,文化根脉和历史根基。构建中国新型政党制度话语体系必须遵循一定的原则,即:坚守科学性,夯实话语根基;彰显民族性,增强话语自信;突出人民性,坚定话语立场;保持开放性,丰富话语内容。构建中国新型政党制度话语体系不仅推动了理论发展,完善中国特色社会主义话语体系,还有助于将制度优势转化为话语优势,同时,也超越了西方政党话语,催生了新的现代化政党叙事逻辑,为世界贡献中国智慧。
The appearance of the discourse system of China’s new political party system contains a unique generation foundation,mainly including adhering to and developing Marxist scientific theory,absorbing and inheriting the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and inheriting and continuing the party negotiation thought of the Communist Party of China,which has laid a theoretical,cultural and historical foundation for the formation of the discourse system of the newpolitical party system.In order to construct the discourse system of China’s New Political party system,we must follow certain principles,that is,adhere to the scientificity,consolidate the discourse foundation,highlight the nationality,enhance the discourse self-confidence,highlight the people,strengthen the discourse position,maintain openness and enrich the discourse content.The construction of the discourse system of China’s new political party system not only promotes the theoretical development and improves the discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also helps to transform the institutional advantages into discourse advantages.At the same time,it also goes beyond the discourse of Western political parties,gives birth to a new modern narrative logic of political parties and contributes Chinese wisdom to the world.
