Study on the Coordinated Development of Green Energy and Electrolytic Aluminum Industry in Yunnan Province under the Background of"Double Carbon"

摘要 通过分析云南省绿色能源结构和省内电解铝产业现状,分析得出云南省绿色能源水电资源丰富,但供应存在周期性,与全年高耗电的电解铝产业的发展存在一定矛盾。为此建议云南省统筹省内绿色能源禀赋,推进绿色能源基础设施建设,深化电力市场化交易,优化现有电解铝存量产能并限制新增产能,推动云南省绿色能源和电解铝产业协调发展。 By analysing the green energy structure of Yunnan Province and the current situation of the province's electrolytic aluminium industry,it is concluded that Yunnan Province is rich in green energy resources of hydropower,but the supply is cyclical,and there is a certain contradiction with the development of the electrolytic aluminium industry which consumes high electricity throughout the year.It is therefore recommended that Yunnan Province should co-ordinate the province's green energy endowment,promote the construction of green energy infrastructure,deepen market-based electricity trading,optimise existing electrolytic aluminium stock capacity and limit new production capacity,and promote the coordinated development of green energy and the electrolytic aluminium industry in Yunnan Province.
