摘要
主要解决的是在多媒体业务传输中的多点传送问题和在传输过程中的网络拥塞控制问题。采用ATM网络技术中SVC(交换虚拟连接)原理进行点到多点的连接,以实现计算机网络应用中的多点会议系统。在网络交通中采用一种基于漏桶机制的GCRA算法,并提出与可接受信元速率判决算法相结合以解决交通整形中的流量控制,解决了ISDN业务中的信息交换与交通控制问题。
Several methods are given to resolve some bottlenecks during realizing the services of multimedia. The realization of video conference can be realized by ATM technique, a connecting theory named SVC(Switch Virtual Connection) can realize the connection of one node with another node and the connection of one node with other nodes, therefore the multi-nodes conference using computer network can be realized. The traffic control during network transmitting can be settled by arithmetic named GCRA(General Cell Rate Arithmetic) and Admitted Cell Rate Judging Arithmetic, thus the difficulties of information exchanging and network traffic control during the development of ISDN(Integrated Service Digital Network )
