摘要
目的 探讨基于微信“助手”平台的家庭回馈教学对终末期老年癌痛患者疼痛控制和用药依从性的影响。方法 选取2019年10月至2020年6月入住南京医科大学第一附属医院肿瘤科的终末期肿瘤疼痛患者91例为研究对象,按入院时间顺序分为对照组(46例)和干预组(45例),对照组给予常规疼痛健康教育,干预组在对照组的基础上给予基于微信“助手”平台的家庭回馈教学,比较两组患者疼痛数字评分(NRS)、疼痛缓解率、爆发痛发生例次和服药依从性。结果 干预后干预组患者镇痛药物的服药依从性高的患者比率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的69.57%(P<0.05);干预组NRS评分、爆发痛例次均低于对照组,疼痛缓解率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 基于微信“助手”平台的家庭回馈教学有利于提高终末期老年癌痛患者服药依从性,提高疼痛控制效果。
Objective To explore the effect of family teach-back based on Wechat “assistant” platform on pain control and medication compliance of end-stage elderly cancer patients with cancer pain. Methods From October 2019 to June 2020, a total of 91 end-stage cancer patients with cancer pain admitted to the oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected, they were divided into the control group(n=46) and the intervention group(n=45) according to the order of admission time. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the intervention group was given family teach-back teaching based on WeChat “assistant” platform on the basis of routine nursing. The patients’ pain numerical scores(NRS), the rate of pain relief, the cases of breakthrough pain and medication compliance were compared. Results After the intervention, 93.33% patients in the intervention group had high compliance with analgesic drugs, which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The score of NRS and the cases of breakthrough pain in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the pain relief rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The family teach-back teaching based on Wechat “assistant” platform is beneficial to improve the medication compliance of end-stage elderly patients with cancer pain and improve the effect of pain control.
