摘要
为了进一步解决区域内部的物流以及区域经济共同发展中的不确定性问题,精准估量区域内部的物流以及经济共同发展情况,进而构建区域内部物流共同发展的评价模型。文章从以下三部分给出了具体策略,首先,从低碳环保型物流环境下的支持、区域内部的经济实力和区域内部的物流未来发展潜力三个方面出发建设区域内部物流以及经济共同发展的评估。其次,将评价指标作为云模型变量,根据云模型理论确定云的数值特征值和云的归属度。采用熵权法确定指标权重,综合计算研究对象隶属物流与经济水平的综合确定度。最后,以京津冀地区为例进行实证分析,分析了京津冀三省市的区域物流与经济协同发展及其时间上的差异性。研究结果显示,2015—2020年期间,北京、天津和河北省的区域物流与区域经济协同发展情况得到了不同程度的改善,但发展并不均衡。2020年,京津冀三省市在经济环境、物流产业规模、物流产业投入产出、技术支撑等方面仍有明显的差异。
In order to further solve the problem of confusion and uncertainty in the period of intra-regional logistics and economic co-development,and to accurately estimate the logistics and economic co-development situation,a model for intra-regional logistics co-development evaluation was developed.The first point is to evaluate the construction of intra regional logistics and economic co-development from three aspects:the support under the low-carbon and environment-friendly logistics environment,the economic strength within the region and the future development potential of intra regional logistics.Secondly,the evaluation index is taken as the cloud model variable,and the numerical characteristic value and the attribution degree of the cloud are determined according to the cloud model theory.The entropy method is used to determine the index weight and comprehensively calculate the comprehensive certainty of the logistics and economic level of the research object.Finally,taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,this paper analyzes the regional logistics and economic coordinated development and the differences of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The research results show that during 2015—2020,the coordinated development of regional logistics and economy in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has improved to varying degrees,but the development is not balanced.By 2020,there will still be obvious differences among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in terms of economic environment,logistics industry scale,logistics industry input-output and technical support.
