摘要
我国近几年的民用建筑施工相关调查显示,在一般施工病害中,渗漏现象是非常常见的一种问题,建筑出现渗漏状况会极大地影响后期房屋使用安全。因此在进行实际的房屋施工时,应当将防渗漏作为主要环节进行施工规划。该文阐述渗漏防控对于民用房屋施工安全的重要意义,分析常见的房屋渗漏原因,并结合一定处理原则提出相关性的策略,以供参考。
According to the relevant investigation of civil building construction in our country in recent years,the leakage phenomenon is a very common problem in the general construction disease.When the building leakage occurs,it will greatly affect the safety of people's house use in the later period.Therefore,when carrying out the actual building construction,we should take leakage prevention as the main link to carry out construction planning,and put forward the important significance of leakage prevention and control for civil housing construction safety.The following article will analyze the common causes of house leakage.Based on certain treatment principles,the relevant strategies are put forward for reference.
