摘要
随着大数据和人工智能的发展,对港口管理提出了更高的要求。为提高港口运营效率、增加客户满意度、提升港口核心竞争力,本文基于物联网和大数据技术,构建了以物流供应链服务云平台、智慧大数据客户服务平台、智慧码头平台以及数据处理中心等“四位一体”的智慧港口管理信息系统,以宁波舟山港为例总结了传统港口向智慧港口转变的现实意义,为港口行业的发展指明了方向。
With the development of big data and artificial intelligence,higher requirements are put forward for port management.In order to improve the efficiency of port operation,increase customer satisfaction and enhance the core competitiveness of the port,this paper,based on the Internet of Things and big data technology,has built a"four in one"smart port management information system with logistics supply chain service cloud platform,smart big data customer service platform,smart dock platform and data processing center.Taking Ningbo Zhoushan Port as an example,this paper summarizes the practical significance of the transformation from a traditional port to a smart port,and points out the direction for the development of the port industry.
