摘要
结合启东华尔锐启东H3#海上风电项目,阐述了风机安装过程中的工艺优化实施。首先通过底段塔筒陆上预组装、底段塔筒立式运输以及采用专用平衡梁转运塔筒,对塔筒运输及转运进行了优化,单机平均作业时间可以减少近7 h;其次通过叶片横跨甲板的风轮组装工艺对风轮组装进行了优化,无需定位驳及叶片运输船进行二次定位,即可完成全部叶片的吊装工作,完成风轮组装,平均每个机位可节约6 h以上的工作时间。通过对安装工艺的优化,提高了海上风电机组安装效率,缩短了机组安装的直线工期,节约了资源投入,为该项目按期并网发电提供了技术保障。
This paper mainly elaborates the implementation of process optimization during the installation of wind turbines in Qidong H3#offshore wind power project.Firstly,the tower transportation and transfer are optimized through the land preassembly of the bottom section tower,the vertical transportation of the bottom section tower and the use of a special balance beam to transfer the tower.The average operation time of a single machine can be reduced by nearly 7 h.Secondly,the wind turbine assembly is optimized through the wind turbine assembly process with blades across the deck.Without the secondary positioning of the positioning barge and the blade carrier,the hoisting of all blades can be completed and the wind turbine assembly can be finished.On average,more than 6 h working time can be saved for each stand.Through the optimization of the installation process,the installation efficiency of offshore wind turbine units is improved,the straight-line construction period of unit installation is shortened,the resource investment is saved,and the technical guarantee is provided for the grid connected power generation of the project on schedule.
