软弱地层盾构机旋转原因分析及应对措施研究 被引量:3

摘要 盾构隧道在修建过程中经常面临复杂多变的地质环境,当位于软弱淤泥质地层时,难免会发生盾构机旋转问题。在采取反转刀盘、调整施工参数、增加单侧配重、机械锁定、调整千斤顶角度等常规处理措施后,一般均可以纠回。对于纠回效果不好时的进一步措施,目前还没有成功案例借鉴。结合工程实践,在采取常规措施效果不明显的情况下,创造性地提出利用油缸推力或外力牵引,给盾构机提供足够的内部反向扭矩,真正实现盾构机旋转后的快速纠正,彻底解决了软弱地层盾构机旋转问题,可为类似工程问题提供借鉴与指导。 Shield tunnel is often faced with complicated and changeable geological environment in the course of construction.When it is located in soft and muddy stratum,the problem of shield machine rotation is inevitable.Generally,it can be rectified after adopting conventional treatment measures such as reversing cutter head,adjusting construction parameters,increasing one-side weight,mechanical locking,and adjusting jack angle.There are no successful cases for reference to the further measures when the effect is not good.Combined with engineering practice,this paper creatively proposes to provide sufficient internal reverse torque for shield machine by using oil cylinder thrust or external force traction under the condition that conventional measures have no obvious effect,the quick correction after shield machine rotation is realized,and the problem of shield machine rotation in soft stratum is solved completely.It can be served as reference and guidance for similar engineering problems.
