摘要
软岩大变形控制一直是隧道施工中一个难题,处理不当将严重影响隧道修建成本和工期。本文以大临铁路白石头隧道为依托,对现场软岩大变形规律进行了分析,包括变形表现形式、变形量、变形与支护结构之间的关系等。在此基础上对软岩大变形主要影响因素进行了分析,现场软岩大变形主要和地层岩性、地应力、围岩产状、地下水等有关。根据现场软岩大变形特征和影响因素,提出了相应的控制措施,包括超前地质预报、三台阶微台阶开挖、工字钢与预应力树脂锚杆组合支护等,把周边围岩最大变形量控制在300 mm以内,解决了现场软岩大变形问题,为今后类似工程施工提供参考。
Large deformation of soft rock has always been a difficult problem in tunnel construction,improper handling will seriously affect the construction period and cost of tunnel construction.This paper is based on Baishitou Tunnel,the law of large deformation of soft rock in site is analyzed,including the form of deformation,the amount of deformation,the relationship between deformation and supporting structure and so on.On this basis,the main influencing factors of large deformation of soft rock are analyzed,the large deformation of soft rock on site is mainly related to formation lithology,in-situ stress,surrounding rock lithology,groundwater and so on.According to the characteristics and influencing factors of large deformation of soft rock on site,the corresponding control measures are put forward,it includes advance geological prediction,three bench micro bench excavation,I-beam and prestressed resin bolt combined support and so on,the maximum deformation of surrounding rock shall be controlled within 300 mm.The problem of large deformation of soft rock on site is solved,which provides a reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
