摘要
目的:探讨在口腔正畸模型测量中,采用数字化模型扫描技术的临床实践效果。方法:选取我院2020年12月—2021年12月接收的口腔正畸治疗患者13例,为其提供正畸治疗,同时进行预备牙体,并行口内扫描仪器进行模型制作,并在数字化印模制取,通过扫描仪获得的数据信息导入软件中进行处理;完成数字化印模制取后,采用光固化模型材料对其进行常规模型制取,获得超硬石膏模型,通过高分辨率模型扫描仪获取石膏模型数据。对两种方法获取的数据信息进行对比,包括临床牙冠宽度(TW)、临床牙冠高度(TH)、牙弓宽度(TD)、牙列表面形态3D偏差(D-RMS)。结果:数字模型、传统模型TW、TH比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种方法TD测量结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种方法的上颌与下颌D-RMS均值均在0.2mm范围内。结论:在口腔正畸模型制作期间,以传统印模技术作为参考,可证实数字化模型扫描技术能够获得与其相同的模型,即表明该项技术可以替代传统的硅橡胶印模方式,大幅降低制作成本,保证其使用的精度和效率,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of digital model scanning technology in orthodontic model measurement.Methods:13 patients who received orthodontic treatment in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected to provide orthodontic treatment.At the same time,the teeth were prepared,and the model was made with intraoral scanning instrument.The digital impression was made,and the data information obtained by the scanner was imported into the software for processing.After completing the preparation of digital impression,the conventional model is prepared with light curing model material to obtain the super anhydrite model,and the gypsum model data is obtained through the high-resolution model scanner.The data obtained by the two methods were compared,including clinical crown width(TW),clinical crown height(TH),arch width(TD)and 3D deviation of dentition surface morphology(D-RMS).Results:There was no difference in TW and TH between digital model and traditional model(P>0.05).There was no difference in TD between the two methods(P>0.05).The mean values of maxillary and mandibular D-RMS of the two methods were within 0.2mm.Conclusion:During the production of orthodontic model,taking the traditional impression technology as a reference,it can be verified that the digital model scanning technology can obtain the same model,which shows that this technology can replace the traditional silicone rubber impression,greatly reduce the production cost and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of its use,which is worthy of popularization and application.
