摘要
目的探讨硝普钠联合多巴胺对急性心力衰竭患者心肾功能的影响。方法回顾性选取武警北京总队医院2016年1月至2020年12月收治的80例急性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组在常规利尿、强心治疗的基础上加用硝普钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用多巴胺,观察两组患者生命体征、血流动力学、肾功能及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组收缩压、平均动脉压高于对照组,心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血尿素氮、血肌酐水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝普钠联合多巴胺有助于稳定患者生命体征,并能改善血流动力学,促进肾功能恢复,总体提高治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of Sodium Nitroprusside combined with Dopamine on cardiorenal function in patients with acute heart failure.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with acute heart failure admitted to Beijing Armed Police Corps Hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected retrospectively as the research objects.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sodium Nitroprusside on the basis of routine diuretic and cardiac therapy.The observation group was treated with Dopamine on the basis of the control group.The vital signs,hemodynamics,renal function and therapeutic effect of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the heart rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium Nitroprusside combined with Dopamine is helpful to stabilize the vital signs of patients,improve hemodynamics,promote renal function recovery,and improve the therapeutic effect.
