摘要
目的探究旋磨术和切割球囊对冠脉钙化处理的有效性和安全性。方法选取2020年4月至10月于江西省人民医院治疗的100例严重冠状动脉钙化患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(50例)及对照组(50例)。观察组患者接受冠状动脉旋磨术,对照组患者接受切割球囊扩张术,比较两组患者手术参数、术中并发症、手术成功率及随访结果。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中并发症发生率低于对照组,术后即刻管腔获得面积、支架内最小管腔面积大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的主要心血管不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用旋磨术对严重冠脉钙化患者进行预处理,安全性及有效性高,具有应用价值。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of coronary rotational atherectomy(CRA)and cutting balloon in the treatment of coronary calcification.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe coronary calcification undergoing intervention therapy in Jiangxi People's Hospital from April to October 2020 were enrolled as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)the observation group received CRA,the control group received cutting balloon.The surgical parameters,intraoperative complications,surgical success rate and follow-up results were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time in observation group was shorter that of control group,and incidence of intraoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,obtained lumen area immediately after surgery and the minimum in-stent lumen area were larger than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The safety and effectiveness of CRA are high in the pretreatment of patients with severe coronary calcification.
