摘要
在整个钻井过程中,管柱输送效率严重制约石油钻井效率及成本,尤其在超深井更为明显。依据陆地石油钻机向超深井、自动化、智能化发展实际需求,研制了9 000m超深井石油钻机用DM13.7/4.5型动力猫道。该装置采用电控液技术方案,主要由基座、支撑臂、运移臂、坡道等组成,通过检测系统、速度控制系统、安全保护系统实现了管柱从井场的管子堆场与钻台之间一键式自动输送作业。通过现场试验,该装置输送139.7mm(5(1/2)英寸)管柱循环周期为80~100s,可承运4.5t的钻铤及609.6mm(24英寸)套管,运行平稳,降低了人工作业强度,提高了管柱输送效率,提高了作业安全性,有效提升了钻井作业的自动化、智能化水平。
During the drilling process,the drilling efficiency and cost has been severely restricting the efficiency of pipe conveying,which is especially obvious regarding the ultra-deep drilling rig.The DM13.7/4.5power catwalk for 9 000multra-deep drilling rig has been developed based on the actual needs of land oil drilling rig’s development towards ultra-deep well,automation and intelligentization.It consists of the base,supporting arm,pipe carrier and ramp,adopts a technical scheme of electronic control and hydraulic drive,realizes one-key automatic conveying of pipe between the ground floor and operation floor by applying the monitoring system,speed control system,and safety protection system.Through field tests,The DM13.7/4.5power catwalk’s cycle time is 80~100swhen conveying pipe of 5(1/2)inches,and it can handle a drill collar of 4.5tons and casing pipe of 24inches.It runs smoothly and steadily,reduces the labor intensity,improves the efficiency of pipe conveying,enhances the safety of operation,and efficiently upgrades the automation and intelligentization level of the drilling operation.
