摘要
介绍了在丙烷脱氢装置中单管程浮头式热交换器的设计,区分了单管程浮头式热交换器与普通浮头式热交换器的不同,分析了不同结构类型的单管程浮头式热交换器的特点。结合设计工程实例,将单管程浮头式热交换器从结构选型到强度计算进行了详细的阐述。
In this paper,the design of single tube floating head heat exchanger in propane dehydrogenation unit is introduced.The differences between single tube floating head heat exchanger and common floating head heat exchanger are distinguished and the characteristics of different structure types of single tube floating head heat exchanger are analyzed.Combined with the design project example,the structure selection and strength calculation of the floating head heat exchanger are described in detail.
