摘要
装配式建筑项目相对于传统项目,其调度复杂性更高,稳定性较低。为保证装配式工程项目施工进程准时以及提高项目的鲁棒性,基于关键链技术,构建装配式集中缓冲进度计划,并且考虑了二次冲突影响;根据进度计划特点,构建鲁棒性指标进行评价,运用实证分析,验证两种缓冲进度计划优劣。结果表明:基于二次调度的装配式集中缓冲进度计划在装配式建筑工程的实施过程中稳定性更好。
Compared with traditional projects,prefabricated construction projects have higher scheduling complexity and poor stability.In order to ensure the construction schedule of prefabricated projects on time and improve the robustness,the key chain technology was used to build the centralized buffer schedule and the impact of secondary conflict was considered;the robustness index was evaluated according to the characteristics of the schedule,and the advantage of both buffer schedules was verified by empirical analysis.The results show that the prefabricated centralized buffer schedule based on secondary scheduling ensures better stability in the implementation of prefabricated construction projects.
