摘要
随着环保要求的不断提高,铸件用底漆逐渐由油性漆切换为水性漆。针对铸件施工水性漆过程中易出现的各类缺陷进行分类和原因分析,利用因果链提出解决问题的主要思路,改善铸件外观质量,提高生产效率,降低返修成本。
With the continuous improvement of environmental requirements,the primer for castings is gradually switched from oily paint to water-based paint.Classification and cause analysis have been carried out for all kinds of defects that are easy to occur in the process of casting construction of water-based paint.The main ideas for solving the problems have been put forward by use of the causal chain to improve the appearance quality of castings and production efficiency as well as reduce repair costs.
