摘要
珍珠粉由于良好的生物活性和生物相容性或长久以来作为中药,或为美容用品被人们广泛使用。近年来,随着检测技术的更新,加工工艺的改进,对珍珠粉的研究不断得以深入,其抗氧化、抗衰老等功效逐渐被人们所了解。组织缺损修复已成为全球性研究话题,组织工程技术被认为是组织缺损修复的新方向,珍珠粉在修复组织缺损中的作用受到许多学者的关注。本文将对珍珠粉在组织工程中的应用进行综述,为珍珠粉的临床运用提供新思路。
Pearl powder has been widely used as traditional Chinese medicine or beauty products for a long time because of its good biological activity and biocompatibility.In recent years,with the update of detection technology and improvement of processing technology,the research on pearl powder has been deepened constantly,and its anti-oxidation and anti-aging functions have been gradually understood by people.Because of tissue defect repair has become a global research topic,and the tissue engineering technology is considered as a new direction of tissue defect repair,so the function of pearl powder in repairing defect has been concerned by many scholars.This paper simply reviews the application of pearl powder in tissue engineering in order to provides the new ideas for its clinical application.
