摘要
目的分析对无偿献血者实施优质献血服务的效果.方法选取天津市血液中心2021-2022年400名无偿献血者为研究对象,将400例无偿献血者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组实施优质献血服务,对照组实施常规护理服务.将两组不良反应发生率及献血者满意度进行比较.结果实验组献血不良反应发生率及血管迷走神经反应发生程度明显低于对照组,献血者满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论优质献血服务效果确切,在今后的招募和采血工作中值得推广.
Ob ject ive To analyze the effect of implementing high-quality blood donation services for unpaid blood donors.Methods Select 400 unpaid blood donors in our station from 2021 to 2022 as the research objects,and randomly divide the 400 unpaid blood donors into an experimental group and a control group.The high-quality blood donation service was implemented in the group,and the routine nursing service was implemented in the observation group.The incidence of adverse reactions and blood donor satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Resul ts The incidence of blood donation adverse reactions and the degree of vasovagal reaction in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction of blood donors was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05,and the diference was statistically significant.Conclus ion The ffect of high-quality blood donation service is definite,and it is worth promoting in future recruitment and blood collection.
