摘要
目的探讨分阶段提升心脏介入导管室护理人员岗位胜任力培养方案的实施效果。方法在分析南京医科大学第一附属医院心脏介入导管室护理人员概况及其岗位需求的基础上,从护理人员培养实际情况出发,制定心脏介入导管室护理人员分阶段岗位胜任力培养方案。结果结合心脏介入导管室护理人员岗位需求,实施分阶段岗位胜任力提升的培养方案。1~2周,熟悉工作环境,掌握心脏介入导管室规章制度、功能布局和工作流程;3周~2个月,强化专科护理理论知识为主,熟练掌握心脏病理生理知识、基础护理和急救护理知识技能;3~6个月,培养手术护理配合能力,掌握手术护理配合技能;6个月后,进一步强化理论知识和操作技能学习,熟练掌握手术护理配合技能,能够独立当班。培养过程中,通过随机抽查、笔试、实践操作等方式考核护理人员学习效果。结论为了有效提高心脏介入导管室护理人员的岗位胜任力,需要制定完善的培养方案、明确培养内容和目标、落实有效的考核方式。
Objective To explore an effective way to improve the post competency of nurses in cardiac catheterization room.Methods On the basis of analyzing the general situation and post requirements of nurses in the cardiac catheterization room of The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,the training scheme of nurses in the cardiac catheterization room of the hospital was summarized from the actual situation of nursing staff training.Results The hospital implemented a phased training program according to the post needs of nursing staff in cardiac interventional catheterization room.During the first to second week,nurses were required to be familiar with the working environment,master the rules and regulations,functional layout and work flow of cardiac interventional catheterization room;From the 3 rd week to the 2 nd month,they need to focus on strengthening the theoretical knowledge of specialized nursing,and master the knowledge and skills of cardiac pathophysiology,basic nursing and emergency nursing;In the third to sixth months,they were required to cultivate the ability of surgical nursing cooperation and master the skills of surgical nursing cooperation;After 6 months,they should strengthen theoretical knowledge and operation skills at work,master surgical nursing cooperation skills,and be able to work independently.During the training process,the training situation shall be assessed by means of random inspection,written examination and practical operation.Conclusions In order to effectively improve the post competency of nurses in cardiac catheterization room,it is necessary to formulate a perfect training plan,clarify the training contents and objectives,and implement effective assessment methods.
