摘要
工匠精神自古以来就是一个国家手工业和制造业的强大精神支撑,也是国家发展战略中的重要议题,新时代呼唤工匠精神,培育和传承工匠精神是实现我国由制造业大国向制造业强国过渡的重要保障。通过对比研究德国、日本、美国、意大利、瑞士等国家不同工匠精神的内涵特色与机制成因,为我国培育工匠精神提供参考和借鉴,并剖析我国工匠精神弘扬所面临的问题与困难,最终提出发扬我国工匠精神的方法与建议。
Craftsman spirit has been a strong spiritual support for a country s handicraft industry and manufacturing industry since ancient times,and it is also an important topic in the national development strategy.The new era calls for the spirit of craftsmanship,and cultivating and inheriting craftsman spirit is an important guarantee for realizing China s transition from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power.By comparing and studying the characteristics,mechanisms and causes of different craftsman spirits in different countries such as Germany,Japan,the United States,Italy,Switzerland,this paper provides references for cultivating craftsman spirits in China,reveals the problems and difficulties faced by carrying forward craftsman spirits nowadays,and finally puts forward implications and suggestions for carrying forward the spirits of craftsmanship in China.
