摘要
新文科背景下,高等学校法学学科为适应国家未来发展需求,应当加强交叉学科的建设。目前,中国高等学校法学交叉学科的建设面临诸多挑战。通过阐述法学交叉学科建设的必要性,梳理实践中存在的问题,探索新文科背景下法学交叉学科建设途径,提出法学交叉学科建设需要与法学专业和其他文科专业以及理工科专业深度融合,加大法学专业教师的培养力度,加快涉外法治人才体系建设等建议,实现新时代法学交叉学科人才培养目标。
The construction of law interdisciplinary disciplines in the context of new liberal arts adapts to the country’s future development.At present,the construction of interdisciplinary law departments in Chinese universities are facing many challenges.The construction of interdisciplinary law under the background of new liberal arts needs to start from the deep integration of law related majors with other liberal arts majors and science and technology majors,enhance law teachers training and accelerate the construction of foreign-related rule of law talent system,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating interdisciplinary law talents in the new era.
