摘要
学术道德培育对研究生职业观的确立和职业发展有重要作用。通过分析高校研究生学术道德培育存在的一些问题,总结学术道德培育对职业发展的影响,形成学术道德培育的路径设计,旨在提升高校研究生的学术道德水平,提高人才培养质量,有效服务于经济社会发展。
The integration of academic morality cultivation and the process of talent cultivation plays a key role in establishing the professional ethics and career development for the postgraduates.Starting from the significance of the academic morality cultivation,this study analyzes the main problems of the academic morality cultivation in the universities,generalizes the effects of the academic morality cultivation on the career development and explores the path to the academic morality cultivation will be established.The aim of this study is to improve the level of the academic morality of the postgraduates,enhance the quality of the talent cultivation of the universities,and then serving the social and economic development.
