摘要
以长海县杨家村为例,通过半结构式访谈调查和参与式观察等实地调研获得第一手资料,借助Nvivo12软件对资料进行质性编码分析,归纳提炼3个核心范畴,即渔家乐发展的3个核心要素:升级改造、竞争现象和文化特色。通过梳理3个核心要素之间的关系,可将渔家乐发展机理归纳为“一过程、一现象、一特色”。升级改造是渔家乐发展过程的外在体现,竞争现象可被视作渔家乐发展的“催化剂”,文化特色是渔家乐内在的“魂”。升级改造与竞争现象两个要素互为因果构成渔家乐发展进程,文化特色要素则凸显渔家乐发展的内在价值。
Taking Yangjia Village,Changhai County as an example,this study obtained the first-hand information through field investigations such as semi-structured interviews and participatory observation,and the data was qualitatively coded and analyzed with the help of Nvivo12 software,and three core categories were summarized and refined,namely the development of Yujiale 3 core elements:upgrading,competition phenomenon and cultural characteristics.By sorting out the relationship between the three core elements,the development mechanism of Yujiale can be summarized as“one process,one phenomenon,one characteristic”.Upgrading and transformation is the external manifestation of the development process of Yujiale.The phenomenon of competition can be regarded as the“catalyst”of the development of Yujiale.The cultural characteristics are the inner“soul”of Yujiale.The two elements of upgrading and competition constitute the development process of Yujiale,and the cultural characteristic elements highlight the inherent value of the development of Yujiale.
