摘要
为探讨磷肥对紫花苜蓿生长及种子产量的影响,以新牧1号紫花苜蓿(Medicago varia cv.Xinmu No.1)为研究对象,设置5个磷肥梯度(0、75、150、225、300 kg/hm^(2)),分别在现蕾期、开花期和结荚期测定苜蓿地上部各器官的干物质积累量、磷素吸收量、种子产量构成因素及种子产量。结果表明,不同磷肥处理下,地上部各器官干物质积累量呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且在150 kg/hm^(2)处理时达到最大值;开花期磷素吸收量150 kg/hm^(2)处理时最大,茎6.53 mg/株,叶4.49 mg/株,花0.79 mg/株;当磷肥处理为150 kg/hm^(2)时,单株有效分枝数、单株花序数、单株荚果数、千粒重分别为19.26个、24.93个、5.87个、0.74 g,种子产量最大为263.95 kg/hm^(2)。
To investigate the effect of phosphorus fertilization on the growth and seed yield of alfalfa by taking(Medicago varia cv.Xinmu No.1)as research subject.In this experiment,five phosphorus fertilization gradients(0,75,150,225,300 kg/hm^(2))were set up to determine the dry material accumulation,phosphorus uptake,seed yield components and seed yield of alfalfa in bud emergence stage,flowering stage and podding stages,respectively.The results showed that under different phosphorus fertilizer treatments,the dry matter accumulation of each above-ground organ showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and reached the maximum at the 150 kg/hm^(2) treatment;the maximum phosphorus uptake at flowering stage was 6.53 mg/plant for stems,4.49 mg/plant for leaves and 0.79 mg/plant for flowers.The maximum seed yield was 263.95 kg/hm^(2) when the effective number of branches per plant,number of inflorescences per plant,number of pods per plant and thousand seed weight were 19.26,24.93,5.87 and 0.74 g respectively at 150 kg/hm^(2) of phosphate fertilizer treatment.
