非回转体艇型参数化构型及自动建模计算方法研究

摘要 非回转体艇型平台越来越成为未来水下平台技术发展的一个重要方向,艇型参数化构型与自动建模计算是船型优化设计过程中的关键环节。针对非回转体艇型复杂三维曲面构型与自动建模计算问题,本文分析非回转体艇型参数化构型与自动水动力计算流程与思路,基于不同剖面的船型特征参数,建立非回转体艇型数学方程参数化表达方法,完成计算水域建模、网格划分与计算参数等统一参数化设定,开发核心算法与高效自动建模计算程序,搭建艇型快速生成与自动建模计算的程序软件平台,并验证理论与算法程序的正确性。本文理论方法可用于非回转体艇型快速构型设计与性能优化。 In recent years,researches on non-body-of-revolution submarines have become increasingly im⁃portant.The parametric modeling and the automatic calculation are the key links of the hull shape optimiza⁃tion.This paper presents the analysis of the process and idea of automatic 3D parametric model generation and hydrodynamic calculation,establishment of a parametric mathematical expression method for represent⁃ing hull lines based on hull characteristic parameters of different sections,and uniform setting of computa⁃tional fluid modeling,meshing and computational parameters.The core algorithm and automatic modeling cal⁃culation program were developed,and so was the software of 3D parametric model generation and hydrody⁃namic automatic calculation.Finally,the numerical simulation results were compared with those of the model test,verifying the correctness of the theory and the algorithm program.The modeling method in this paper can be used for the hull lines design and the hull form optimization.
