摘要
摊铺是造成沥青混合料离析的重要因素。为得出减小摊铺离析的措施,首先对沥青混合料单个料粒和某一半径处多料粒径向与轴向的受力与运动进行分解分析,然后结合摊铺机螺旋轴的转速,将料粒在圆周方向和轴向的受力与运动相结合进行料粒运动形式的分析,最终将上述分析结果与实际摊铺中的离析现象相结合,从而得出混合料离析的形式及其形成原因。通过分析得出,无论是单个料粒还是某一半径处多料粒都会因圆周方向受力不平衡造成抛投离析。因此,可通过合理控制螺旋布料器的转速和设置不同螺旋面粗糙等级来改善离析。
Paving is an important factor that causes segregation of the asphalt mixture.In order to get the measures of reducing the paving segregation,analysis of the force and movement of the multiple grains in the single particle and the radius of the asphalt mixture is carried out in the radial direction and the axial direction.Then,considering the screw shaft speed,the material particle motion form is analyzed by combining the force and motion of the particle in the circumferential direction and the axial direction;thus the forms and reasons of mixture segregation are obtained based on the actual segregation phenomenon in the spreading.According to the analysis,whether a single particle or multiple particles at a certain radius will cause cast segregation due to the force imbalance of the circumferential direction;however,the segregation can be improved by controlling the speed of the screw distributor reasonably and setting different roughness levels of the spiral surface.
