摘要
为进一步促进张家口地区矿山修复市场化运作、科学化治理的发展,急需因地制宜建立张家口地区废弃矿山修复生态效益评估方法。通过对废弃矿山修复生态效益指标以及人工林系统生态效益指标进行分析,结合张家口尚义县废弃矿山特点,通过频数统计分析确定了涵养水源、林木营养积累、固碳释氧、减少粉尘以及物种保育5项评估指标,基于影子工程法以及Shannon-Wiener指数建立生态效益评估模型。结合模型计算各项指标的效益,将投入和效益对比反映废弃矿山的生态效益,根据生态效益对选取指标进行评价。结果显示:涵养水源、物种保育、固碳释氧、林木营养积累以及减少粉尘5项指标总体生态效益较好,其中固碳释氧以及林木营养积累效益最高,该5项指标基本能够对张家口废弃矿山修复生态效益做出合理评估,通过计算得出张家口尚义县废弃矿山修复4年的投入总量为209.95万元,生态效益总价值为50.57万元/年。此次评估研究可为张家口及北方地区废弃矿山修复生态效益指标选取以及评价模型建立提供一定的参考。
In order to further promote the market operation and scientific management of mine restoration in Zhangjiakou area,it is urgent to establish an ecological benefit evaluation method for abandoned mine restoration in Zhangjiakou area.In this paper,through the analysis of the ecological benefit index of abandoned mine restoration and the ecological benefit index of plantation system,combined with the characteristics of abandoned mines in Shangyi County,Zhangjiakou,five evaluation indexes were determined by frequency statistical analysis:water conservation,nutrient accumulation,carbon fixation and oxygen release,dust reduction and species conservation.Based on the shadow engineering method and Shannon-Wiener index,the ecological benefit evaluation model was established.Combined with the model to calculate the benefits of each index,the input and benefit comparison reflect the ecological benefits of abandoned mines,according to the ecological benefits to evaluate the selected indicators.The results show that the overall ecological benefits of water conservation,species conservation,carbon fixation and oxygen release,forest nutrient accumulation and dust reduction are good,among which the benefits of carbon fixation and oxygen release and forest nutrient accumulation are the highest.These five indicators can basically make a reasonable assessment of the ecological benefits of the restoration of abandoned mines in Zhangjiakou.Through calculation,the total investment in the restoration of abandoned mines in Shangyi County of Zhangjiakou for four years is 2.0995 million yuan,The total value of ecological benefits is 505700 yuan/year.This evaluation study can provide certain reference for the selection of ecological benefit indexes and the establishment of evaluation model for the restoration of abandoned mines in Zhangjiakou and northern regions.
