摘要
目的:分析心理护理干预对学龄期儿童围术期焦虑与慢性术后疼痛的影响。方法:对2020年1月至2020年12月在江门市新会区人民医院接受治疗的200例围手术期学龄儿童患儿进行分析,采用编号法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受常规护理+围手术期心理护理干预,对两组患儿的临床数据进行分析。结果:观察组患儿在围手术期的SCAS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的心理干预总有效率为95.0%,对照组患儿的心理干预总有效率为85.0%;观察组的心理干预总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿心理干预后的疼痛程度与护理满意评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在学龄儿童围术期运用心理护理干预,能够有效地改善患儿的心理状态,提高手术的临床疗效,减轻患儿的疼痛程度,提高护理满意度,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on perioperative anxiety and chronic postoperative pain in school-age children.Methods:A total of 200 perioperative school-age children treated in Xinhui District People’s Hospital of Jiangmen from January 2020 to December 2020 were analyzed and divided into control group and observation group by numbering method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received routine nursing+perioperative psychological nursing intervention.The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The perioperative SCAS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of psychological intervention was 95.0%in the observation group and 85.0%in the control group.The total effective rate of psychological intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group after psychological intervention were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing intervention in the perioperative period of school-age children can effectively improve the psychological state of children,improve the clinical efficacy of surgery,reduce the pain of children,improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
