摘要
目的分析安宁疗护用于恶性肿瘤晚期患者中的实际效果。方法从2019年1月至2020年12月收治的86例恶性肿瘤晚期患者进行研究,将其分为试验组与对照组,各43例。对照组接受常规干预,试验组接受安宁疗护,对比两组的不良反应发生情况、生活质量、睡眠质量、护理满意度以及心理状况。结果试验组出现不良反应的概率(11.63%)显著低于对照组(30.23%),P<0.05。试验组的生活质量显著优于对照组,P<0.05。试验组患者干预之后的睡眠质量评分为(7.62±1.21)分,而对照组患者干预之后的睡眠质量评分为(8.66±1.36)分,试验组睡眠质量优于对照组,P<0.05;试验组护理满意度(97.67%)明显高于对照组(81.40%)(P<0.05);干预前,试验组患者的SAS、SDS评分与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,试验组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对恶性肿瘤晚期患者实施安宁疗护措施,可以显著改善患者的负面情绪以及睡眠质量。
Objective To analyze the actual effect of hospice care in patients with advanced malignant tumors.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,86 patients with advanced malignant tumors were divided into experimental group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention and the experimental group received hospice care.The adverse reactions,quality of life,sleep quality,nursing satisfaction and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The results showed that the rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group(11.63%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.23%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of patients in the experimental group was(7.62±1.21)points,while that of patients in the control group was(8.66±1.36)points.The sleep quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(97.67%)was significantly better than that of the control group(81.40%)(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hospice care measures for patients with advanced malignant tumors can significantly improve their negative emotions and sleep quality.
