摘要
目的研究高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者在治疗期间应用人性化护理干预的临床效果。方法本次研究纳入的84例对象均筛选自我院收治的结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者,时间为2019年5月至2020年10月,随机进行分组,对照组(42例)实施常规护理,观察组(42例)给予人性化护理干预。对比两种方案对患者并发症以及心理状态的影响。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意与比较满意的例数多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的手术治疗时间以及术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预对高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者的影响较为积极,可缩短对患者的手术时间,改善患者的心理状态,促使患者更好的恢复健康,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To study the clinical effects of humanized nursing intervention in elderly colon cancer patients with intestinal obstruction during treatment.Methods The 84 subjects in this study were all screened for patients with colon cancer and intestinal obstruction admitted to their own hospital.The enrollment period was from May 2019 to October 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(42 cases)received routine care and observation group(42 cases)were given humanized nursing intervention.The effects of the two programs on the complications and mental state of patients was compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);before care,there was no statistically significant difference between the psychological state scores of patients in the two groups(P>0.05);after care,the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the number of cases of satisfaction and comparison of satisfaction in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05);the surgical treatment time and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention has a greater positive impact on elderly colon cancer patients with intestinal obstruction.It can shorten the operation time,improve the patient's mental state,promote better recovery of the patient's health,and improve the satisfaction of the patient's care degree.
