摘要
目的研究乳腺微创超声真空旋切手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的价值。方法随机选择68例患者,均于2019年4月至2020年4月在我院接受乳腺良性肿块治疗的患者,随机分两组,观察组34例采用乳腺微创超声真空旋切手术治疗,对照组34例采用传统手术治疗,对比两组治疗效果、愈合时间、切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、生活质量评分、并发症发生率。结果两组患者的治疗效果明显不同,观察组与对照组比较,前者的治疗效果更佳,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.1232,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的生存质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生存质量评分有明显不同,观察组与对照组比较,前者生存质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的愈合时间、切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间明显不同,观察组与对照组比较,前者愈合时间、切口长度、手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症发生率明显不同,观察组与对照组比较,前者并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.0335,P<0.05)。结论乳腺微创超声真空旋切手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的价值明显,治疗效果更佳,愈合时间、切口长度、手术时间更短,术中出血量更少。
Objective To study the value of minimally invasive ultrasound and vacuum rotary resection in the treatment of benign breast masses.Methods Sixty-eight patients with benign breast mass were randomly selected from April 2019 to April 2020 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups.One group had 34 patients,breast minimally invasive ultrasound rotary surgery,the other group for the control group had 34 patients,the use of traditional surgery,the therapeutic effect,healing time,incision length,intraoperative bleeding,operative time,quality of life score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the two groups was significantly different.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.1232,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups,P<0.05.The healing time,the length of incision,the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the operation time of the two groups were obviously different.Compared with the control group,the former group had shorter healing time,the length of incision and the operation time,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,χ^(2)=6.0335,P<0.05.Conclusion The minimally invasive ultrasonic rotary resection of breast benign breast tumor has more value,better therapeutic effect,shorter healing time,shorter incision length,less intraoperative bleeding.
