摘要
建设技能型社会背景下技工教育承担着培养高技能人才的重任。当前技工教育面临着诸多现实困境,甚至引发了社会各界对技工教育存在必要性的反思。为回应上述质疑,研究阐述了技工教育在建设技能型社会中的价值需求,分析了“十四五”期间技工教育的发展定位,根据国家人社部门有关教育政策指向,剖析了技工教育高质量发展的实践路径,从而为技工教育在建设技能型社会中增值赋能提供路径参考。
Under the background of building a skilled society,technical education undertakes the important task of training high-skilled talents.At present,the technical education is facing many practical difficulties,which even lead to a reflection on the necessity of the technical education from all sectors of society.In response to the above difficulties,the research expounds the value demand of skilled worker education in the construction of skilled society and analyzes the development orientation of skilled worker education during the 14th Five-year Plan period.According to the relevant educational policy of the national human resources and social security department,this paper analyzes the practical path of high-quality development of skilled worker education,so as to provide a path reference for how technical education add value and empower in the construction of skilled society.
