摘要
近年来,青少年近视患病率呈明显的上升趋势,已成为严重危害青少年身心健康的公共卫生问题。针刺作为一种绿色疗法,临床上用于青少年近视防控已有多年,取得较好的疗效,且无明显不良反应,得到了广泛的认可。本文从中医学对青少年近视的认识、针刺防控近视的作用机制进行论述,逐一介绍临床上常见的针刺综合疗法,包括针刺联合中药内服、耳穴压丸、艾灸、穴位注射、眼周局部按摩推拿等。总结发现,针刺可通过改善视神经传导功能,调节生理功能,促进眼部气血流通,缓解睫状肌痉挛,消除眼肌疲劳,使视力得以恢复。针刺综合疗法对青少年近视防控疗效优于单一防控的手段,值得进一步的研究和推广。
In recent years, the prevalence of myopia in adolescents has shown obvious upward trend, which has become a public health problem that seriously endangers the physical and mental health of adolescents. As a green therapy, acupuncture has been used in the prevention and control of myopia in adolescents for many years. It has a good therapeutic effect and no obvious adverse reactions, thus has been widely recognized. This paper discusses the understanding of myopia in adolescents in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and the mechanism of acupuncture in prevention and control of myopia. The common acupuncture comprehensive therapies in clinic were introduced one by one, including acupuncture combined with TCM for internal administration, auricular point pressing pills, moxibustion, acupoint injection, local massage around the eyes and so on. It is concluded that acupuncture can improve the conduction function of the optic nerve, regulate physiological function, promote the circulation of Qi and blood around the eyes, relieve the spasm of ciliary muscle, eliminate the fatique of eye muscle, and restore the vision. The therapeutic effect of acupuncture comprehensive therapy on prevention and control of myopia in adolescents is better than that of single prevention and control method, which is worthy of further research and promotion.
