远隔缺血预适应与急性脑梗死脑保护临床研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 急性脑梗死发病率越来越高,但有效的临床治疗手段至今仍极为有限,寻找一种新的方法来改善急性脑梗死患者的预后仍然是一项紧迫任务。远隔缺血预适应是一种内在的保护性现象,它通过3~4个周期的非致命性局部缺血再灌注到远端组织,保护包括脑、心和肾在内的重要器官免受持续的缺血灌注损伤。近几年人们投入了大量的时间和精力解释缺血预适应现象,并已经收集到大量数据,证实了缺血预适应对急性脑梗死脑保护的潜力。本文旨在阐明远端缺血预适应在急性脑梗死脑保护治疗中的巨大潜力,阐明缺血预适应的常用实施方法和过程中发生的一些内源性修复机制,试图将这近年来在这一领域开展的临床研究作一综述。 The incidence of acute cerebral infarction is getting higher and higher,but the effective clinical treatment is still very limited.It is still an urgent task to find a new method to improve the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Remote ischemic preconditioning is an intrinsic protective phenomenon,which protects important organs including brain,heart and kidney from continuous ischemia-reperfusion injury through 3-4 cycles of non-fatal ischemia-reperfusion to distal tissues.In recent years,people have invested a lot of time and energy to explain the phenomenon of ischemic preconditioning,and a large number of data have been produced,which can confirm the potential of ischemic preconditioning to protect the brain of acute cerebral infarction.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the great potential of remote ischemic preconditioning in the brain protection treatment of acute cerebral infarction,the common implementation methods of ischemic preconditioning and some endogenous repair mechanisms in the process,and to try to compile the clinical studies carried out in this promising field in recent years.
