摘要
目的癌症患者的生存管理对于提高患者生命质量,降低癌症危害具有重要意义。方法本研究采用文献计量软件CiteSpace对2001-2021年发表的文献进行可视化分析,以掌握该领域的研究现状、热点及前沿。结果研究发现癌症患者生存管理研究均起步较晚且存在较大差距。研究热点与前沿主要集中于患者的生命质量、生存管理干预方式及干预的效果产出等。国内研究侧重于患者的心理情绪方面,而WOS更加关注自我效能及心理社会支持等。结论目前关于癌症患者生存管理的研究仍然存在巨大发展空间与潜力,尤其国内该领域研究需要进一步发展完善。
Objective:Survival management of cancer patients is important for improving patients'quality of life and reducing cancer harm.Methods:This study uses the bibliometric software CiteSpace to visually analyze the literature published from 2001-2021 in order to grasp the current status,hot spots and frontiers of research in the field.Results:This study found that cancer patient survival management research has a late start and there are large gaps.Research hotspots and frontiers are mainly focused on patients'quality of life,survival management interventions and the effects of interventions.Domestic studies focus on the psycho-emotional aspects of patients,while WOS focuses more on self-efficacy and psychosocial support.Conclusion:There is still great potential for research on cancer patient survival management,especially in China,which needs to be further developed and improved.
