摘要
为减少汽车涂装工艺中清洗剂耗量,分别从涂装机清洗程序、材料施工方式和废液回收循环利用三方面探究水性清洗剂耗量削减的方法。通过清洗测试得出清洗剂最佳配方为V(原液)∶V(纯水)=1∶9,最佳温度为40℃;针对涂装机涂料管路、雾化器枪针、杯头和成型罩清洗程序采用脉冲式清洗方法,并优化涂装机同色清洗频次,提升了设备清洗效率;象牙白、典雅黑涂料采用一次成膜喷涂方法,从源头上削减了50%的清洗剂耗量;此外,采用膜过滤技术,使用UF-RO二级过滤清洗废液得到回收清液,通过V(原液)∶V(回收清液)=1∶16.8重新配成清洗剂,实现废液回收循环利用,回收率60%。
In order to reduce the consumption of cleaning agent in automobile painting process,the methods of reducing the consumption of water-based cleaning agent were explored from three aspects:cleaning procedure of coating machine,material construction method and waste liquid recycling.Through the cleaning test,the best formula of water-based agent was V(original liquid)∶V(pure water)=1∶9,and the optimal temperature was 40℃.Based on the conclusion above,the optimize of washing program by using the method of pulse cleaning was to promote the efficiency of painting robots,which includes paint pipe,spray applicator and bell cup cleaning frequency.Combined with the character of black and white painting,the spraying process reduced four robots work by using once-through film-forming.Both measures decreased the source consumption of water-based cleaning agent.On the other hand,the technology of filter membrane was applied to cleaning wastewater recycling.It concluded that recycled solution by UF-RO filtration was compounded with original liquid by 16.8 to 1,which could be reused to clean the painting robots.The efficiency of UF-RO filtration equipment reaches to 60%for cleaning wastewater recycling.
