正通选煤厂采用浅槽高密度分选回收炭质页岩的工艺研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 正通煤业地处彬长矿区,所采煤种为低变质烟煤,高密度中含有少量低热值的炭质页岩,经浅槽分选后被排入矸石中,造成资源浪费和环境安全隐患。正通选煤厂为了降低矸石发热量、回收该部分炭质页岩,对造成矸石发热量高的影响因素进行了分析研究,并采取优化生产工艺等技术改造措施,有效降低了矸石发热量,增加了企业的经济效益和社会效益。 Zhengtong coal industry is located in Binchang mining area.The coal mining type is low metamorphic bituminous coal.The high density contains a small amount of carbonaceous shale with low calorific value.The general washing density is separated into gangue, resulting in waste of resources and potential environmental safety hazards.In order to reduce the calorific value of gangue and recover this part of carbonaceous shale, Zhengtong coal preparation plant analyzes and studies the influencing factors causing the high calorific value of gangue, and takes measures to optimize the production process and carry out technical transformation, so as to effectively reduce the calorific value of gangue and increase the economic and social benefits of the enterprise.
