摘要
传统的地铁盾构隧道管片生产存在施工效率低、花费劳力多、工作强度高、测量不精准、管片质量不稳定等问题,严重影响地铁工程质量和施工进度。文章通过对地铁盾构隧道管片生产流水线进行智能化设计优化,借助现代物联网信息技术,打造地铁盾构隧道管片生产物联网平台,开发地铁盾构隧道管片预制管理系统,实现对地铁盾构隧道管片生产全过程信息数据的有效采集、科学分析及管片质量可追溯;通过引入地铁管片钢筋骨架自动焊接机器人、自动化抹面机器人,并采用高精度光学追踪3D扫描技术检测地铁管片外形尺寸,能够有效提升地铁盾构隧道管片的生产效率、成品质量、检测效率和检测精度。
The traditional segment production of metro shield tunnel has some disadvantages,such as low construction efficiency,high labor and work intensity,inaccurate measurement,unstable segment quality and so on,which seriously affect the quality and construction progress of metro projects.Through the intelligent design and optimization of the metro shield tunnel segment production line,with the help of the modern"internet of things"information technology,this paper builds the metro shield tunnel segment production"internet of things"platform,develops the metro shield tunnel segment prefabrication management system,and realizes the effective collection,scientific analysis and traceability of segment quality in the whole process of metro shield tunnel segment production.By introducing automatic welding robots and automatic plastering robots of the reinforcement cages of the metro segment,and using the high-precision optical tracking 3D scanning technology to detect the overall dimension of the metro segment,the production efficiency,finished product quality,inspection effi ciency and inspection accuracy of the metro shield tunnel segment can be effectively improved.
