摘要
目的分析近五年国内外谵妄研究热点,了解该领域的研究现状及发展趋势。方法通过系统检索中国学术期刊网络出版总库(CNKI)和PubMed数据库于2016年1月—2020年12月收录的与谵妄相关的文献,提取文献中的关键词/主题词,使用BICOMB 2.02、SPSS 22.0软件对其进行共词聚类分析。结果通过高频词聚类分析,得到国内4个研究热点和国外4个研究热点。结论通过共词聚类分析发现近五年国内外谵妄研究热点存在一致性和差异性。建议结合我国国情并借鉴国外研究成果,以推动我国谵妄研究的发展。
Objective The hotspots of delirium research at home and abroad in recent five years were analyzed to understand the research status and development trend in this research field.Methods The literatures related to delirium collected from CNKI and PubMed database from January 2016 to December 2020 were reviewed systematically.The keywords and subject terms in the literatures were determined as the research object,and the co-word clustering analysis was conducted using BICOMB 2.02 and SPSS 22.0.Results Four domestic and four foreign research hotspots were obtained by the high frequency words clustering analysis.Conclusion There is obvious consistency and difference in the research hotspots of delirium at home and abroad in recent five years through the co-word clustering analysis.It is suggested to promote the development of delirium research in China by combining our national conditions and referring to foreign research results.
