摘要
自改革开放以来,我国经济步入快车道,在农业、工业等领域实现了大跨步发展。但在飞速发展的同时,环境与生态的破坏程度愈演愈烈,尤其是一些重工业的发展,对居民生活区造成的破坏非常严重,致使突发环境事件频发,给社会和人民的健康生活带来严重隐患。基于此,本文以广东省某县为例,介绍当地的基本情况、空气环境及水环境情况、风险等级应急备案情况,并深入论述了突发环境事件应急管理的具体提升措施。
Since the reform and opening up, the national economy maintain fast growth, in agriculture, industry and other fields to achieve great development. However, at the same time of rapid development, the damage to the environment and ecology has become increasingly fi erce, especially the development of some heavy industries, which has caused serious damage to the residents’ living areas,leading to frequent environmental emergencies and serious hidden dangers to the society and people’s life. Based on this, this paper takes a county in Guangdong Province as an example to introduce the local basic situation, air environment and water environment, and risk level emergency fi ling. Finally, the concrete measures to improve the emergency management of environmental emergencies are discussed in depth.
