不锈钢酸洗废混酸再生工艺技术要点分析

摘要 不锈钢是现代机械制造领域极为重要的原材料种类,具有强大的耐高温和耐腐蚀性能,其生产技术成熟,应用前景广阔。为解决现有不锈钢酸洗工艺中的废混酸处置问题,改善废混酸资源回收难度大、成本高的现状,本文聚焦酸洗工艺实施现状,分析了酸洗废水的成分及危害,总结归纳了不锈钢酸洗废混酸再生工艺应用要点,提出了科学选择工艺种类、优化工艺参数设置等系列举措。 Stainless-steel is an extremely important type of raw material in the fi eld of modern machinery manufacturing. It has strong high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, mature production technology and wide application prospects. In order to solve t he problem of waste mixed acid disposal in the existing stainless-steel pickling process, and to improve the current situation that the recovery of waste mixed acid resources is diffi cult and costly, the article focuses on the implementation status of the pickling process,analyzes the components and hazards of pickling wastewater, and summarizes the stainless-steel pickling waste mixed acid. The main points of the application of regeneration process, a series of measures such as scientifi c selection of process types and optimization of process parameter settings are proposed.
